1/Validity
1.1 These terms apply to products sold by Eurobitz.
1.2 Eurobitz can change them at its discretion.

2/The Agreement between you & Eurobitz
2.1 When you place an order, we will process it when you will have completed it. Eurobitz is not contractually bound to his client before that.
2.2 Eurobitz reserves the right to refuse an order in case of error, inaccuracy or because of product not available.
2.3 Eurobitz reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of products ordered until your order is confirmed by e-mail.
2.4 Nothing above affects your statutory rights.

3/Produits, Availability & Price
3.1 You will find the price of each product on our online store. Price and availability may change.
3.2 Eurobitz confirm the price of your order before it is finalized (in the cart), and in e-mail confirmation.
3.3 The shipping and delivery times vary depending on weight and destination. They are listed in the appropriate page "Shipping and Returns."
3.4 Eurobitz can sometimes make mistakes on prices and specifications of its products - Such errors can’t bind us contractually in any way to our customers, and you are free to contact us if you think we've made such a mistake.
3.5 Prices are quoted and charged in Euro €. The bill is also indicated in Euro €.
3.6 The product pictures are “saling contract”, if there are several elements in a picture of the same product, all these elements will be provided when purchasing this product.

4/Delivery Property and Products
4.1 Eurobitz delivers the products to the address specified. Eurobitz can not be held responsible for errors on the addresses provided for the delivery of the order.
4.2 The delivery times indicated by Eurobitz are based on estimates and depend on the average delivery times noted. Note that in case of unusual factors such as a blockade of government, weather or strikes, delivery times can vary. Eurobitz can not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver your order, but will make every effort to inform you of the status of your order.
4.3 The products will become your property when you have paid in full.
4.4 You will become solely responsible for your products from the moment they come into your possession.

5/Cancelling & Returns
We hope that you will always be satisfied with your purchases at Eurobitz. Otherwise, you always have the right to cancel the contract between you and Eurobitz by sending an email cancellation, see "Shipping & Returns" for more information.

6/Legal
Contracts between you and Eurobitz are governed by French laws. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.

7/Shipping

7.2 It is possible that you have to pay customs duties to receive your shipments. Eurobitz will not be responsible for these rights other than those provided by the agreement of the clause.

9/Protection Data
Any information that you provide to us will be governed by the Privacy Act. Eurobitz respect your privacy and will not sell, share, or do not give information to anyone outside Eurobitz without your explicit consent, unless law authorized or ask us to do so.
