1/Which delivery mode?

All our shippings are made by standards letters. Your purchases will be consolidated in a sealed plastic bag and protected in a strong padded envelope. Your bill will also be included in the shipment. 

2/How much are the shipping cost?

The shipping costs include all costs (postage, handling, equipment ...) and vary depending on your area and weight of your order.

3/How long between the order and the delivery?

All orders are processed within 48 hours on weekdays. (Monday to Friday)

Shipping estimates are 3 to 5 days for Europe. Actually, between ordering and receiving your bitz in the mailbox, you can wait between 3 to 7 working days. But we will do our best to make it more 3 than 7! :)

For the rest of the world, unfortunately this is much more variable depending on your location and we can not say but firm deadlines. We can just say that it's typically within 1 to 3 weeks! :(

4/What are the returns and cancelling conditions?
4.1 If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it and refund your money simply by Paypal transfer fees at your expense. If it was shipped, it's a return.

4.2 We only accept full returns, no missing bitz,  with the invoice within 15 days, according to the stamp postmark. (Otherwise, to the order date). You should send us all goods, invoice included. Shipping charges are yours. We will refund once the package received and checked. The moneyback will be in the form of a voucher of equal value to that purchase, which was issued on the invoice or by bank transfer with Paypal, fees to your charge. If it's missings some elements in the batch, they will be subtracted from this amount to twice their nominal values.
